Hey, it's Geb from Email Rev Lab!
I audited Neurobion Philippines' website today.
No pop-up. No sign-up form. No email capture. Nothing.
For a brand with 60+ years of history and P&G's full weight behind it, that's not just a missed opportunity. That's a revenue channel that doesn't exist.

The Brand:
Neurobion has been the world leader in vitamin B complex products since it was first registered in Austria in 1962. Originally built under Merck KGaA, it became part of P&G's health portfolio in 2018 when P&G acquired Merck's entire consumer health division (900+ products across 44 countries) for €3.4 billion.
Doctors recommend it. Clinics stock it. Filipino patients search for it by name.
But none of those visitors are being captured into an email list. Not one.
The Pop-up Test:
Zero pop-ups on the entire site.
No exit-intent offer. No "learn more about nerve health" lead magnet. No way to collect an email address at all.
A brand selling to people managing nerve pain, tingling, and numbness. People who need repeat purchases, not one-off transactions. And they're letting 100% of site traffic walk out with nothing.
The Tech Test:
No visible email capture infrastructure on the Philippine site. No sign-up forms, no embedded opt-in widgets, no visible newsletter links.
This means no welcome series, no browse abandonment flow, no re-engagement sequence. The entire backend is empty from the consumer side.
The Inbox Test:
Can't run one. There's no opt-in to trigger an email.
That tells you everything.
The Email Creative Test:
No emails exist to audit. The funnel starts and ends at the product page.
The Solution:
Here's a three-step fix any supplement brand should prioritize first:
Add an email capture form on neurobion.com/en-ph offering a free "Nerve Health Guide" (a simple PDF about B vitamin deficiency symptoms). This gives visitors a reason to opt in without requiring a discount.
Build a 3-email welcome series: Email 1 delivers the guide. Email 2 explains the science behind B1+B6+B12 and nerve repair. Email 3 introduces the product with a soft call to action toward their "Where to Buy" page.
Set up a browse abandonment flow triggered when someone visits the product page but doesn't click "Where to Buy." One follow-up email 24 hours later recovers buyers who were interested but got distracted.
The Impact Statement:
Most supplement brands lose the majority of warm site visitors permanently because they never capture an email address. No capture means no second chance, ever.
Here's what I'm curious about: how many Filipino consumers are searching "Neurobion Philippines" every month, landing on that product page, and leaving with zero follow-up? That's pure demand handed to competitors.
The Pitch:
Neurobion has the trust. It has doctor endorsements. It has 60+ years of heritage behind every tablet.
It just needs the email infrastructure to match.
I send these audits daily because bottlenecks like this can be fixed in one day with the right information.
