I tested True Health for Life's website this morning at 9:47 AM.

No pop-up appeared. No email signup form. No discount offer. No lead magnet. Nothing.

I scrolled the homepage. Checked the product pages. Looked for a newsletter signup in the footer.

Zero email capture anywhere on the site.

The Brand Bridge:

USANA was founded in 1992 by Dr. Myron Wentz, a microbiologist who believed optimal cellular nutrition could free the world from pain and suffering. The science is pharmaceutical-grade with FDA-registered manufacturing. More professional and Olympic athletes trust USANA than any other supplement company in the world. True Health for Life represents those same products in the Philippines.

But world-class science doesn't build an email list. Without a single capture form, every visitor who lands on True Health for Life leaves without joining the ecosystem. That's 100% of potential buyers slipping away with no follow-up mechanism.

The Missing Infrastructure:

There's no pop-up offering a discount or first-time buyer incentive.

There's no embedded form on the homepage for newsletter signups.

There's no lead magnet (supplement guide, dosage calculator, anything) in exchange for an email.

Which means there's no welcome email. No abandoned cart sequence. No post-purchase flow. No email revenue at all.

The Cost:

Most supplement brands capture 20-35% of visitors through pop-ups. True Health for Life is capturing 0%.

That's not a leak. That's a missing foundation.
