Hey, it's Geb from Email Rev Lab!
Champion Performance has been in sports nutrition since 1986. Nearly 40 years of GMP-certified manufacturing, science-backed formulas, and the "#riseabove" philosophy.
But here's the problem: they're not collecting emails.
No pop-up. No email signup form. No welcome flow. Nothing.
Every visitor who lands on championperformance.com and doesn't buy is gone forever. No second chance. No follow-up sequence. No abandoned cart recovery. Zero owned audience.
Michael Zumpano founded Champion with a mission to offer athletes cutting-edge technology and uncompromising quality. The brand operates a 135,000-square-foot GMP-certified facility in Sunrise, Florida, through their parent company, Nature's Products Inc.
But nearly four decades of credibility doesn't matter when you're bleeding traffic with no way to bring buyers back.
The Missing Infrastructure:
Most supplement brands capture 15-25% of their website traffic through email signups. Champion's capturing 0%.

Here's what's invisible:
No exit-intent pop-up offering a discount or lead magnet. No embedded forms on product pages. No "Join the Champion Community" CTA anywhere. The homepage has social icons, but zero email capture.
The Pop-up Test: Failed. There isn't one.
The Tech Test: Can't test email delivery when you're not collecting emails.
The Inbox Test: N/A.
The Email Creative Test: There's no welcome series to audit.
The Fix (If They Want to Build an Owned Audience):
Step 1: Install a Klaviyo pop-up form on the homepage with a 15-20% discount for first-time buyers. Make it show after 10 seconds or on exit intent.
Step 2: Create a 5-email welcome series that delivers the discount immediately, educates on the "#riseabove" philosophy, and introduces their GMP facility quality standards.
Step 3: Add email capture to the checkout flow for buyers who didn't sign up via pop-up (post-purchase welcome series is different from discount series).
Step 4: Build abandoned cart and browse abandonment flows to recover the 30-40% of traffic that adds to cart but doesn't buy.
Most supplement brands lose 60-75% of their website traffic because they never capture emails. Champion's losing 100%.
Here's what I'm curious about: how much traffic is Champion getting per month that's disappearing with zero follow-up?
Champion has nearly 40 years of credibility, a state-of-the-art facility, and products backed by medical and science experts. They just need email infrastructure to capture the audience their brand reputation is already attracting.
I send these audits daily because bottlenecks like this can be fixed in one day with the right information.
